Happy With Baby is intended to help couples navigate the changes in their relationship when they go from just the two of them to having a baby. The author is a family therapist with a wealth of experience helping couples with this change and teaching classes about it. I had high hopes for this book and some parts of the beignning were decent. Some of the anecdotes from couples she’s worked with were good. However, instead of being for couples like it says on the cover, this book is so painfully written for moms whose husbands are useless. If you’re a dad who isn’t useless or you’ve spent any amount of time working on communication in your relationship, this book is not for you. I’m honestly a little annoyed I spent money and time on this book.
