The premise of Thirteen is a serial killer is on the jury for the trial of a murder he committed. The book club I’m in picked this as our next book and I thought it sounded interesting. It took me a while to get into it, but the payoff was good. It’s a pretty standard thriller so I got what I expected out of it. If you like thrillers and courtroom dramas it’s a good choice.
